We do not store your card details.

SweetNest reserves the right to:

  • Cancel COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance.
  • Request verification before dispatching certain orders.

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Unavailability at delivery location

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to that policy.

SweetNest reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our stated conditions.
