All prepaid orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We do not store your credit or debit card details.
  • Payments are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
  • Your financial information remains safe and confidential.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across eligible pin codes in India.

  • COD availability depends on your delivery location.
  • Orders placed via COD may be confirmed before dispatch.
  • SweetNest reserves the right to restrict COD services in case of repeated order refusals.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
  • Prices may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment is deducted but you do not receive order confirmation:

  • Please wait 24–72 hours for automatic reversal by your bank.
  • If the amount is not refunded within 5–7 business days, contact us at support@sweetnest.life with your transaction ID and registered details.

6. Fraud Prevention

SweetNest reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. Additional verification may be required for certain transactions.

7. International Payments

Currently, payments are primarily processed for customers within India. If international payments are enabled in the future, currency conversion charges or additional banking fees may apply as per your financial institution.
