Refund Policy

At SweetNest, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards. Since our products are consumable food items, we follow a limited return policy to ensure safety and fairness.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


1. No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the consumable nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds once the pouch or packaging has been opened.
  • Products that have been used, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

This policy is in place to maintain hygiene and protect all customers.


2. Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The package is visibly tampered with at the time of delivery
  • A wrong item was delivered

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video (mandatory) showing the sealed package being opened and clearly displaying the issue must be provided.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

Claims made without proper proof may not be approved.


3. Replacement Policy

In approved cases:

  • We will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

SweetNest reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting necessary bank details.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Taste preference or personal dislike
  • Minor outer packaging dents without product damage
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failure to record an unboxing video
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. COD Refusal

If a confirmed Cash on Delivery order is refused at the time of delivery:

  • SweetNest reserves the right to restrict or disable COD service for future orders from that customer.

8. Fraud & Abuse Protection

SweetNest reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests in cases of:

  • Repeated suspicious claims
  • Inconsistent evidence
  • Abuse of return policy

Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent activity.
