At SweetNest, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification may be required before dispatch.

SweetNest reserves the right to delay processing in case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.


2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • SweetNest reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

We offer COD service on eligible pin codes.

  • COD availability depends on your location.
  • SweetNest reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call or SMS before dispatch.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD service for that customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order using the provided link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times.

If:

  • The customer is unavailable, or
  • The address is incorrect, or
  • The customer refuses the order,

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered

Please:

  • Refuse delivery immediately, or
  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours at support@sweetnest.life

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

SweetNest shall not be liable for delivery failure due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Incomplete delivery details

Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.


9. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.
